positive and negative space

Working in pairs we first went through a metro identifying both positive and negative elements on each page. After doing so we then created an infographic which represented  the positive and negative space on each page of the paper. The orange represents positive news stories/images/adverts, the black areas represent the negative whilst the white areas we deemed unnecessary/neutral information/stories.

Then just to see if there were any differences we compared our infographics with a different group who had also used the metro. I was genuinely surprise to learn that both pairs had deemed most elements the same with only a few differences between the two.
